Male Circumcision Rate Dropped

From 2006 to 2009 the male circumcision rates have dropped.  In 2006 they were at 56% and in 2009 they dropped to 33%, as stated in a news article at American College of Emergency Physicians.  This might be contributed to the fact that the "American Academy of Pediatrics said existing data were not sufficient to recommend routine newborn male circumcision (Pediatrics 1999;103:686-93)".
Whatever the reason, little boys all around the country will be intact .
